Introduction:

Shenzhen, as a shining pearl of China's reform and opening up, has attracted the attention of countless talents. As one of China's special economic zones, Shenzhen has always adhered to the development philosophy of openness and innovation, becoming the dreamland where talents from home and abroad gather with its spirit of continuous progress. This year's policy adjustment provides more opportunities for non-local talents to settle in Shenzhen, but the entry requirements are also a focal point of attention for many talents. Now, let us understand these entry requirements together, see if you meet the criteria, and help you realize your Shenzhen development dream!

Section 1: Fresh graduates

Fresh graduates who have graduated from regular colleges within 2 years are eligible for direct entry into Shenzhen. There are no restrictions on employment, social security, or health checks. If there is no job, they can settle in the talent special account of any police station in Shenzhen. Even if the company has a collective account, they can still settle in the talent special account of the police station and be permanently affiliated. The conditions for application are: full-time college education or above, compliance with the city's family planning policy, not participating in activities prohibited by the state, no criminal record, and support from the school for reassignment (generally within two years of graduation).

Section 2: Recruiting overseas students

Overseas students who have obtained the educational bureau's certification report on academic qualifications and have studied abroad and obtained diplomas can apply for entry through the overseas student channel, with a processing time of generally less than 30 days. The first step is to obtain the educational bureau's certification for overseas student qualifications (I believe many overseas students have done this before) and then obtain recognition from the Chinese Ministry of Education through the application system for overseas degrees and diploma certification from the Ministry of Education's Study Abroad Service Center.

Section 3: In-service talent introduction (graduated more than two years ago)

1. Full-time college education, under 35 years old.

2. Full-time undergraduate or above, under 45 years old.

3. Secondary technical school education or above, with intermediate professional title, under 45 years old.

4. Secondary technical school education or above, with senior professional title, under 50 years old.

5. In-demand senior vocational skill, 3 years of social security, under 35 years old.

6. Having Shenzhen social security, and in good health.

Section 4: Entry through investment and tax payment

1. Shareholders of enterprises who have paid taxes exceeding 600,000 RMB for three consecutive years.

2. Legal representatives of enterprises who have paid taxes exceeding 3 million RMB for three consecutive years.

3. Individual industrial and commercial households who have paid taxes exceeding 300,000 RMB for three consecutive years.

4. Individuals who have paid taxes exceeding 240,000 RMB for three consecutive years.

5. Under 50 years old, the tax amount can be doubled to 550,000 RMB.

Section 5: Entry through points system

The points system is used to evaluate the eligibility of applicants. Points are mainly calculated based on factors such as age, education, years of social security payment, and housing situation. Once the points reach a certain standard, applicants can apply for entry.

Section 6: Entry through family members

This applies to applicants who have specific relationships with Shenzhen household registration, such as spouses or children. The applicants must meet the requirements regarding the relevant kinship relationship and provide corresponding supporting documents.

Section 7: Relocation of household registration

Personal household registration: It refers to a family household registration where the individual or spouse or immediate family members are registered on the property owned by the individual or spouse or immediate family members. The personal household registration includes household registration on the individual's own property and household registration on the property of relatives and friends.

1) Personal-owned property household registration: If you have a property in Shenzhen, you can register the household under your own name.

2) Relative-owned property household registration: If you don't have property under your own name in Shenzhen, but your relatives or friends do, you can register the household under their name.

Collective household registration: Currently, collective households in Shenzhen are mainly divided into the following categories:

1) School collective household: Mainly for college students who study in Shenzhen. During their study period, they can transfer their household registration to the school's collective household registration.

2) Unit collective household: The unit collective household includes personal unit collective household and spouse's unit collective household.

- Personal unit collective household: As long as the unit has a collective household, and you work in the unit, you can directly settle in the unit's collective household.

- Spouse's unit collective household: If your spouse's unit has a collective household, and the spouse's unit agrees for you to become affiliated with their household registration, you can settle in your spouse's unit's collective household. At this time, you need to provide a photocopy of the unit's collective household front page with an official seal/unit collective household number and a declaration of consent to affiliation, sealed by the spouse's unit.

3) Police station collective household: The police station collective household is managed by the household registration department of the police station. You can permanently and free of charge become affiliated with the police station's collective household. You won't be required to move out even if there are changes in your job. This option is relatively stable. If you don't have property or a collective household, you can become affiliated with the police station's collective household.

Conclusion:

Shenzhen offers various entry options for talents seeking to settle in the city. Whether you are a fresh graduate, an overseas student, an in-service professional, an investor, or have family members in Shenzhen, there are different pathways for you to pursue your dream of developing in Shenzhen. It is important to understand the specific requirements and criteria for each entry option and make sure you meet them. Embark on the journey to make Shenzhen your new home and thrive in its vibrant and innovative environment!
