一、应届生:应届生在毕业2年内的普通高校毕业生,为深圳的可以直接引进,没有工作和社保的限制,也不用做入户体检,没有工作可以落户深圳任何一个区的派出所人才专户。即便公司有集体户,也可以落户派出所人才专户,可永久挂靠。办理条件:全日制大专以上学历,符合本市计划生育政策,未参加国家禁止的组织及活动,无刑事犯罪记录,学校方面支持改派(一般是毕业两年以内)。

二、留学生引进:留学生取得教育局学历验证报告的留学人员,在外留学过并取得文凭的留学生可以走留学生入户通道,办理时间一般30天以内。先办理留学生学历认证(相信很多留学生都有做过这个),才能得到国内教育部的认可→教育部留学服务中心国(境)外学历学位认证申请系统。

三、在职人才引进(毕业已经超两年的):1、全日制大专学历,35周岁以内。2、全日制本科及以上学历,45周岁以内。3、中专以上学历,具有中级职称,45周岁以内。4、中专以上学历,具有高级职称,50周岁以内。5、紧缺高级工种,3年社保,35周岁以内。6、有深圳社保,身体健康。

三、投资纳税入户。1、企业股东3年纳税超过60万。2、企业法人3年纳税超过300万。3、个体工商户3年纳税超过30万。4、个人纳税3年超过24万。5、不超过50周岁,纳税金额翻倍可放宽至55周岁。

四、积分入户:通过积分制度来评估申请人的入户资格。积分主要依据申请人的年龄、学历、社保缴纳年限、住房情况等因素进行计算。积分达到一定标准后,即可申请入户。

五、投靠亲属适用于与深圳户籍亲属有特定关系的申请人,如夫妻投靠、子女投靠等。申请人需符合相关亲属关系要求,并提供相应的证明材料。
